Privacy policy

ET System electronic GmbH, at Hauptstraße 119–121 in D-68804 Altlußheim, takes the protection of your personal details very seriously.

The privacy policy we pursue complies with the conditions in the EU Data Protection Directive, the German Federal Data Protection Act BDSG, and other data protection provisions.

This website contains links to third party webpages that are not covered by this privacy policy.

Please bear in mind that when you view pages and details or enter your details within our website, these details are transferred over the internet without security measures. These details can therefore be intercepted and even falsified by unauthorised parties.

Personal details are processed only when needed and only when you have agreed to this.

Gathering and processing personal details

Having implemented extensive security regulations and measures, we protect the personal details stored on our equipment against unauthorised access, abuse, destruction, and loss.

Under no circumstances do we sell these stored details or communicate them to third parties for any reason whatsoever.

The following policy outlines how we safeguard this protection and the type of details gathered for which purpose.

Web analysis by etracker

This website features etracker technologies (www.etracker.com) that gather and store data for optimisation purposes. These data can be used to create pseudonymous user profiles. This may make use of cookies. Cookies are small text-only files buffered by the page visitor’s web browser. Cookies recognise the web browser when it next visits the site.

Social Plugins

The ET System electronic GmbH website integrates so called social plugins for e.g. Facebook, Google+, and Twitter that appear as buttons in the user’s browser.

Google+

The “google+1″ (Google Plus) plugin integrated in our website is provided and managed by Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States; hereinafter referred to as “Google”). You can recognise this button by the “+1” icon on a white background. When visiting a webpage featuring this plugin, your browser connects directly to the Google servers. They in turn transmit the plugin contents to your browser that then integrates them in the webpage you are viewing. Google then receives the information that you have visited our website. If you are logged into your personal Google Plus or Google account when visiting our website, Google can assign your visit to this account. Interacting with plugins, e.g. clicking the button, or entering a comment transmits these details directly to Google where they are stored. If you do not want data to be transmitted in this manner, you must log out of your Google Plus or Google account before visiting this site. The extent and type of data Google collects via this button are outside our influence. We assume that these include your IP address. Please refer to the Google, Inc. privacy instructions for the purpose, scope, and use of these gathered data. The webpage can be viewed at the URL http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html (source: http://hoesmann.eu.

Facebook

The Facebook plugin (Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) can be recognised by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button (in German: “Gefällt mir”). An overview of the Facebook plugin can be found here:developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ When you visit our site, this plugin connects your browser directly to the Facebook server. Facebook then learns that your IP address visited our site. If you are logged into your Facebook account, you can click the “Like” button to link the page content to your Facebook profile. Facebook can then assign this visit to your user account. We point out that, as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the type, extent, or use of the data transmitted to Facebook. Details can be viewed in the Facebook privacy policy at de-de.facebook.com/policy.php If you do not want Facebook to assign to your Facebook account your visit to our website, then please log out of your Facebook account. Twitter

Our website integrates Twitter services. These functions are provided by Twitter, Inc. (1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). Using Twitter and the “Retweet” function links the webpages you visited to your Twitter account and announces this to other users. Also data are transmitted in the process. We point out that, as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the type, extent, or use of the data transmitted to Twitter. Details can be viewed in the Twitter privacy policy at twitter.com/privacy. You can edit the Twitter privacy settings for your account at http://twitter.com/account/settings. LinkedIn

Our website features plugins provided by LinkedIn and the LinkedIn Corporation (2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “LinkedIn”) The LinkedIn plugins can be recognised by their logo or the “Recommend” label (in German: “Empfehlen”). Please note that this plugin connects your web browser to the LinkedIn server when you visit our site. LinkedIn therefore learns that your IP address has visited our website. If you are logged into your LinkedIn account, you can click the “Recommend” button to link the content of the page you are viewing to your LinkedIn profile page. LinkedIn can then assign your visit to our website to you or your user account. Please bear in mind that we have no knowledge at all of the extent, type, or use of data transmitted to LinkedIn.

Please consult LinkedIn for details on how these data are gathered, your rights, and your configuration options. These can be viewed at http://www.linkedin.com/static.

Xing

Our website makes use of the “XING Share” button. When visiting a webpage with this button, your web browser connects briefly to the XING AG servers (hereinafter referred to as “XING”) that then provide the “XING Share” button (specifically for refreshing/showing the counter reading). XING does not store any personal details when you visit this webpage. Specifically, XING does not store IP addresses. Also, the “XING Share” button does not use cookies to analyse your user behaviour. The latest privacy statements and supplementary details on the “XING Share” button can be viewed at:
https://www.xing.com/app/share?op=data_protection

YouTube

Our website integrates at least one plugin provided by YouTube, owned by Google, Inc., based in San Bruno, California, USA. Visiting our webpages featuring a YouTube plugin connects your browser to the YouTube servers. The YouTube server then learns the specific page you visited on our website. And if you are also logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can then assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can suppress these assignments by first logging out of your account. Details on how YouTube gathers and uses your data can be viewed in their privacy policy at www.youtube.com.
